While we pride ourselves on providing excellent therapy in addition to medication support, we also recognize that our psychodynamic approach does not fit everyone’s needs. Some folks would be better supported through different therapy styles, such as DBT, EMDR, CBT, or need to supplement their individual work with us with relational support through couples therapy.

We also recognize that finding trusted therapists can be hard, so we have created a list of our highly recommended therapy partners. These therapists specialize therapeutic modalities that we do not, and we refer to each other often. We hope you enjoy working with them as much as we do!
