Welcome to Insight. I'm a board-certified psychiatrist who believes good care starts with really seeing someone — not just their symptoms. My practice stays intentionally small so I can be fully present with each person I work with, at whatever pace feels right for them.

An appointment to get to know one another, review your history, and better understand your goals for care. We'll explore what's been challenging, what's helped, and how I can best support you.
An appointment to review your current medications, track progress, and make adjustments if needed. We'll also leave time for supportive therapy and questions about your treatment.
An appointment that offers a space to speak freely, reflect deeply, and explore the patterns that shape your inner world. My therapy style is informed by psychoanalytic and psychodynamic theory.
